Bnei Yehuda midfielder Ismaila Soro is reportedly on his way to Scotland to complete his medical ahead of a move to Scottish Premiership champions Celtic.
Soro is set to finalise a move worth £2m but the progress has been rather slow due to agents allegedly wanting a share of the transfer fee according to Daily Star.
The Ivory Coast international is believed to have bid farewell to the Israeli side after Bnei Yehuda played in a cup game against Hapoel Afula on Wednesday night.
The Bnei Yehuda manager Elisha Levy has reportedly started his quest to replace the midfielder after it was reported his star player will be leaving - Soro is expected to sign a four-year deal with Celtic.
"We already know Ismaila is leaving so that makes it important for us to find his replacement," Levy said.
"It's never easy to find a replacement for a player of his quality in January."
