Ugandan journeyman Boban Zirintusa lands at Mtibwa Sugar

Ugandan attacking midfielder Boban Zirintusa was on Monday officially unveiled at Tanzanian side Mtibwa Sugar.

Boban is the second player to depart Jinja-based Busoga United within a week. He follows Joel Madondo joined top Moroccan side Wydad Casablanca.

This will be the ninth club for the midfielder since signing for Mtibwa Sugar in 2009. He left the Sugar Millers for Zimbabwe's Highfield United in 2012 before crossing over to Dynamos a year later.

The talented former Cranes would then move further south joining South Africa's Polokwane City in 2014. He quit the South African side after two years and stayed without a club for a year before signing for Zambia's Buildcon FC in July 2017.

Six months later he was on the move joining Ethiopian Coffee. A year later he would be clubless and returned to his boyhood club, Busoga United in September last year. Four months later, he is back at where it all began, Mtibwa Sugar.
