Well, it’s always said that it takes him two seasons to completely lose a dressing room, but is Jose Mourinho trying to change that record?
Less than three months into his new job, it is reported that Jose is already breeding feelings of discontent among the players.
When he first got the job, Spurs were flying.
The honeymoon might be over now, as they are struggling to keep form, with just one win in their last six league games.
According to The Sun, Tottenham's players are growing restless under the 56-year-old's management, and are shocked by his training sessions.
The paper says that in training, a lot of attention is given to long balls, throw-ins, and flick-ons.
This is not what they were doing under Mauricio Pochettino and it is frustrating them.
Another thing said to be killing the dressing room, is Mourinho's treatment of Tanguy Ndombele.
The record transfer signing at £62million has already been publicly slammed by Mourinho twice over his fitness.
After the 23-year-old was absent for the match with Brighton on Boxing Day, Mourinho said: "I cannot say he is injured, I can say that yesterday he told me he was not feeling in condition to play the game.
"Not based on injuries, based on fears of previous injuries of the season. I cannot say he is injured.”
Mourinho remarked at the time that Ndombele was "always injured."
This week, it’s Mourinho versus Danny Rose.
Rose was dropped against Watford last time out and it led to a heated argument. Dele Alli was also clearly irked after being substituted in that match.
We have all seen this happen before and I am sure we are all thinking one thing: this will definitely get worse.
