Ivorian international Eboue Kouassi has completed his loan move to Belgium top side KRC Genk from Celtic.
The 22-year-old midfielder joined the Scottish champions in 2017 from Russian side Krasnodar. He has played 22 times for The Hoops.
Genk announced the acquisition in a statement on their website saying that they have an option to purchase the midfielder.
"Eboue joins us on loan until the end of the season with an option to purchase. He is an energetic defensive midfielder who we were interested in three years ago when he was a budding talent with the Russian side Krasnodar.
Eboue has been frozen out of Celtic for the last 15 months and has been forced to join Genk, a club that courted him in 2017.
Genk won the Belgian title last season, but their defence of the trophy has been poor this term and are currently slumped in eighth place in the table
