Muhoroni Youth boss Moses Adagala has officially taken over the reigns at Chemelil Sugar FC.
Chemelil has been struggling financially this season and Adagala's partnership with the Kenyan Premier League side will be aiming to pull them through their rough financial patch. The agreement that sees Adagala be with the Millers for one and a half years was reached on Thursday morning and takes effect promptly.
"We have entered into a one and half deal with Chemelil. The main aim is to save them and save the football in Nyanza that hasn't been good recently," said Adagala.
"Our main aim is to see them stay afloat for another season because that's where they deserve to be. The deal doesn't in any way affects Muhoroni Youth. It's still a team on its own and we will keep working to get back where we belong," he added.
The Millers have managed a single win this season and are currently at the bottom of the table with 4 points.
Chemelil suffered a 4-0 defeat to defending Champions Gor Mahia and over the weekend will be out to try their luck when they face Sofapaka.
