Manchester City will miss the services of Raheem Sterling when they take on West Ham United as the forward is out with a hamstring injury.
Sterling suffered the injury during Manchester City's 2-0 loss to Tottenham on Sunday but it is yet to be confirmed how long he will be on the sidelines.
"Raheem Sterling will miss the visit of West Ham after scans revealed he has suffered damage to his left hamstring," a statement from the club read.
"The forward limped out of our game at Tottenham on Sunday and was assessed on Thursday. He will continue to be monitored during the winter break. Everyone at City wishes Raheem a full and speedy recovery."
The England international has netted 11 goals in 23 Premier League appearances for the Citizens this season.
