Manchester United new signing Odion Ighalo will be able to travel with the club for its Europa League clash with Club Brugge next week.
Ighalo, who joined United on loan from Shanghai Shenhua for the remainder of the season missed the club's training camp in Marbella due to the coronavirus alert. The Nigerian was not part of the squad that flew to Spain last Saturday amid fears he might not be allowed back in the UK if border controls were tightened this week.
The 30-year-old is among the travelers from China to the UK being monitored for 14 days, although he did not have to be quarantined because he arrived from Shanghai, not Wuhan, where the virus originated. The two-week period runs out on February 16th and United have confirmed that Ighalo will be free to travel to Belgium to face Club Bruges next Thursday after being added to their Europa League squad.
