Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has been urged to keep his focus and continue to work hard by former Super Eagles ace Raphael Chukwu Ndukwe.
Osimhen netted his 13 Ligue 1 goal for Lille as his side suffered a 2-1 loss to Olympic Marseille on Sunday 16th. In his chat with brila.net, Ndukwe said Super Eagles team will be better Osimhen's performance at the club level considering the resurgence of Kelechi Iheanacho at Leicester city.
"There is competition in the national team and that is good for the national team," he said.
"We have a lot of strikers now who are also fighting to get a shirt into the team. So everybody has to work hard to be able to represent Nigeria."
Lille are currently fourth on the log with 40 points 22 behind leaders Paris Saint Germain.
