The African Nations Championship hosts Cameroon on Monday were held to a goalless draw by Rwanda in a friendly match played at the Ahamdou Ahidjo stadium in Yaounde.
The two teams were using the match as part of their preparation for CHAN 2020 that is scheduled to take place in Cameroon from April 4 to 25.
Cameroon has already played two other friendlies after taking part in a mini tournament in Kinshasa that brought together hosts DR Congo and neighbours Congo-Brazzaville.
Amavubi are scheduled to fly back to Rwanda on Tuesday and continue their preparations as they welcome Congo-Brazzaville for another friendly tie in Kigali on Friday.
Cameroon is in Pool A alongside Mali, Zimbabwe and Niger while Rwanda are in Pool C with defending champions Morocco, neighbours Uganda and debutants Togo.
