πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡²πŸ—£ Micho praises Isaac Chansa out of 1500 footballers he coached in Africa

Chipolopolo coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic has identified Isaac Chansa as one of the best players he has ever coached, thanks to the player’s big heart and true discipline.

Before Chansa left for Sweden, the former Zambian international spent a special season with Micho in Soweto with Orlando Pirates back in the 2006/7 season.

Micho revealed his special regard for Chansa during a visit to Forest Rangers where Chansa currently works a player-cum-coach.

“Let me tell you something about this man (Chansa). I swear to God I have coached over 1500 players in Africa and this one has a VVIP place in my heart,” the 50-year-old told Rangers’ media via The Zambian Observer.

“During his time at Pirates he was my best midfielder. He has a genuinely big heart and his very disciplined, it is very rare that you would find that combination and that’s why he is a legend at Pirates and in Zambia ofcourse for winning the AFCON.

Micho’s older and very first stint at Pirates also had another Zambian player in Perry Mutapa…

“I would often use him and Perry as examples at Pirates. The reason I would use Zambians as examples is because I know they can deliver. If you just trust them they will give you the required results,” added the Serbian coach.

“I repeat Isaac has a very special place in my heart and that will never change. There are only five players that are that special to me and he is one of them.”
