Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has thrown his future at the club in doubt after refusing to agree that he would be at the club for a longer period.
Kane has won two golden boots in the Premier League and was the top scorer in the 2018 FIFA World Cup; a chunk of pundits urging him to make a move to a bigger club if he had the ambitions of lifting trophies.
In a Q&A Instagram session with Jamie Redknapp, Kane said: "I get asked this a lot (asked about his future). It's one of those things I couldn't say yes or no.
"I love Spurs. I don't feel we are progressing as a team or moving in the right direction. I'm not someone who would stay just for the sake of it. I'm an ambitious player."
Kane further stated that he would rather win the Premier League title than the individual accolades.
"Premier League for sure (when asked what trophy he preferred). I have had some great success individually but I play a sport to win trophies as a team," Kane said.
Kane has been linked with a move to Real Madrid with Manchester United being the other team said to be interested in his services.
