Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund have opened negotiations with Valencia forward Ferran Torres.
Dortmund is said to be preparing for life after Jadon Sancho with the English winger said to be on his way to Manchester United; Liverpool, Chelsea and Juventus being the other teams interested in the player.
According to The Mirror, talks between Dortmund and Torre’s representatives have commenced and should be ratified once the coronavirus pandemic is over.
The 20-year-old winger has been having a good season in the Laliga after notching six goals and providing seven assists in 35 matches for the Spanish side.
Torres is on the verge of entering the final year of his contract at Valencia and the situation has alerted a series of clubs across Europe but the player is said to be interested with the Dortmund move.
Valencia might be tempted to sell one of their most exciting talents with reports indicating that a lot of Laliga teams are expected to lose their players amid concerns over their finances.
Apart from Torres, Valencia might lose Carlos Soler who is a target for Arsenal and striker Rodrigo who has previously been linked with a move to Barcelona in the next summer.
Sancho is one of the brightest prospects in world football right now with the player having notched 17 goals and recorded 19 assists this season.
