Inter Milan have reportedly overtaken Liverpool and Juventus in the rapid race to sign Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali after proposing a bid of £35m, Daily Mail reported.
Juventus, on the other hand, have been the favourites to sign Tonali after they decided to target him instead of making a move for Paul Pogba.
Liverpool have been longtime interested in Tonali while Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United have been closely monitoring him.
According to Sport Mediaset report, via Football Italia, Inter Milan have now entered the race and are believed to have put down an early offer ahead of his other suitors.
Tonali's style of play has been compared to that of Italy legend Andrea Pirlo because of his versatility and his comfort zone being in defensive-midfield.
The youngster has scored one goal and provide five assists from 24 matches across all competitions this season.
