Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain is preparing a €30 million deal for AC Milan and Algeria midfielder Ismael Bennacer as a midfield reinforcement for the summer, French media reports.
The impressive central midfielder has shown he can play as a defensive midfielder as well as in an advanced position hence is seen as a potential recruit for PSG's midfield. The midfielder is reportedly valued at just €30 million.
Le10Sport reports that PSG sporting director Leonardo has reportedly reached out to Bennacer's entourage to test the water and the French club see him as an affordable addition to the midfield.
His technical ability and tenacity are apparently in huge demand in Paris. The report also notes that PSG are watching Tiemoue Bakayoko who Milan might be interested in.
Bennacer joined AC Milan in August 2019 from Empoli for a reported transfer fee of €16 million. He underwent his medical on 23 July and signed a five-year contract, with a reported salary of €1.5 million per season.
