Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has scored his first goal for Hammarby in a friendly match staged on Friday.
Ibrahimovic has been keeping fit with the club during the coronavirus shutdown back in his home; the striker being a co-owner of the club.
Zlatan took to the field to play his part as Hammarby players joined up with players from Bajans and IK Frej split into two squads.
His stake at the club elicited mixed reaction from Hammarby rivals Malmo where Zlatan horned his skills as a youngster. A statue of Zlatan at Malmo was repeatedly defaced and angry fans protested his status as a club legend.
Zlatan is on a six months’ loan deal at Serie A side AC Milan after the end of his contract with MLS side LA Galaxy.
In his time at Milan, Zlatan has scored three goals in eight league games but is yet to commit his future at the club with reports rife that AC Milan is keen in making the move a permanent open due to his 9influence in the dressing room.
