Manchester United striker Odion Ighalo has revealed he regrets not scoring on his debut for the Red Devils.
Ighalo joined United for a six-month loan from the Chinese Super League side Shanghai Shenhua. The Nigerian's debut came against Chelsea on February 17th at the Stamford Bridge as he came in for Anthony Martial in the stoppage time. The Red Devils registered a 2-0 victory thanks to Martial and Harry Maguire's strikes in both halves.
"I didn’t like that get into me too much because there are more games to play, I thought about it a bit and look forward,” he said during a live Instagram session.
Before the suspension of the Premier League due to the spread of coronavirus, Ighalo had netted fours goals for United in eight appearances.
