Saudi Arabia national team head coach Herve Renard has revealed that he would be keen to return to Ghana to win the Africa Cup of Nations trophy.
Renard was the assistant coach during Claude Ley Roy during the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations tournament which was staged in Ghana.
The Black Stars have continued to struggle to win the coveted title which they last won in 1982 but the Frenchman, on the other hand, has secured two trophies while coaching Zambia and Ivory Coast in 2012 and 2015.
“Yes I have to come back one day to help one country to win, and that country hasn’t won it for a long time,” and that’s is your Country, Ghana, I will love to win this feat with the Black Stars,” he told Ghana's TV3.
The current coach CK Akonnor's job is to ensure Ghana win the Afcon 2021 in Cameroon.
