πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦πŸ†β³ PSL champions since the first season in 1973: Chiefs, Sundowns tied on 12 titles

Since the rebranding of the NSL to the PSL in 1996, Mamelodi Sundowns has a big lead of titles: Nine championships to Kaizer Chiefs & Orlando Pirates’ respective four titles each.

But what do we see when we go right back to the first league competition in 1973-74?

Well, most Sundowns fans won’t be happy to note Amakhosi have lifted the same number of trophies since then, while Pirates followers will hate to see themselves seven titles behind the two clubs.
