Shanghai Shenhua Sporting Director, Zhou Jun, believes Odion Ighalo’s future is dependent on Manchester United.
The Nigerian striker made the shock deadline day loan move to United in January, for six months until May, before Shenhua tabled an early extension deal in March to keep Ighalo in their books.
“Realistically, Ighalo suits Manchester United. But many things are now uncertain due to Covid-19,” Jun told m.ttplus.cn.
Shanghai's offer is still exactly that though, an offer. Ighalo is yet to make a decision to sign with the Chinese giants, while United waits to make a decision.
“Would Manchester United be willing to spend? Would their bid reach our expectation?” Jun added.
