Leeds United are believed to be interested in the services of Racing midfielder Matias Zaracho ahead of the summer.
The report adds further that despite avid interest in the 22-year-old, no official talks have happened but Leeds' promotion to the Premier League could be the catalyst to secure a deal.
Zaracho has scored five goals and provided four assists from 22 appearances across all competitions this season and he will be expected to be a boost in Leeds' attack.
Bielsa is eyeing a potential long term replacement for 35-year-old Pablo Hernandez and Zaracho's age will be another major fact in signing him as the Argentine boss will need a player who can be involved in games week in and week out.
The youngster is also given credit to being an exceptional tackler and creative in his games with the ability to score goals at the same time.
