There are a handful of blue-chip fixtures to decorate the final round of Serie A matches which guarantees that the Italian season will go out with a bang.
We've made score predictions for the last time this season.
🟢 Brescia vs Sampdoria
It's a dead-rubber between relegated Brescia and 14th-placed Sampdoria. Each of Brescia’s last six league games saw them concede first, whilst five saw them ship at least two goals.
🔮 Futaa predicts: Brescia 1-3 Sampdoria
🔵 Atalanta vs Inter
Atalanta is in imperious form at home, winning five Serie A matches on the bounce and scoring 14 goals in that sequence. However, Inter has been superb on the road, winning three and losing none of their last five away from the San Siro. The hosts are unbeaten in 12 Serie A matches overall with nine wins in that sequence. Amazingly, Atalanta needs just two more goals to bring up their century of strikes in 2019-20.
🔮 Futaa predicts: Atalanta 2-1 Inter
🐺 Juventus vs Roma
Juventus has won their last 10 home matches against Roma in all comps and scored at least twice in their last 12 home matches in Serie A. However, Roma comes here on a run of six wins in seven and 12 goals in their last three away matches. Added to that, Juve failed to win any of their final five games last season once they had the title wrapped up and manager Sarri will likely rest his senior stars ahead of their Champions League date with Lyon.
🔮 Futaa predicts: Juventus 2-2 Roma
🔴 AC Milan vs Cagliari
The Rossoneri have been in fine form at home of late, scoring 15 goals in their last five Serie A matches at San Siro with Turkish playmaker Hakan Çalhanoğlu bagging four goals & six assists in his last five outings.
🔮 Futaa predicts: AC Milan 3-1 Cagliari
🦅 Napoli vs Lazio
Both sides have scored in a league-high 77% of Lazio's Serie A matches this season. Six of Lazio’s last seven league trips to Napoli have produced over 2.5 goals, with five seeing both teams score. Goals seem assured with Ciro Immobile looking to seal up the Capocannoniere against a Napoli side that has lost two of their last three and who are assured of 7th regardless of the result.
🔮 Futaa predicts: Napoli 1-2 Lazio
🟣 SPAL vs Fiorentina
Relegated SPAL will finish the Serie A campaign rock-bottom of the division. They've scored just twice in their last four home matches. An inconsistent Fiorentina side should get the better of them here.
🔮 Futaa predicts: SPAL 0-2 Fiorentina
🤺 Bologna vs Torino
The hosts have won just one of their last seven Serie A home games (W1, D3, L3) with all three draws ending 1-1 and seeing a goal in each half. Torino's away form has been poor though, winning just one of their last nine on the road. A league-high 28/37 of Bologna's matches have featured goals at both ends.
🔮 Futaa predicts: Bologna 1-1 Torino
🟡 Genoa vs Hellas Verona
Five of Genoa’s 11 home league defeats have seen them concede exactly three goals, and more currently, they've not scored a goal in 198 minutes of play. They could lose here and still stay up IF Lecce loses their game against Parma.
🔮 Futaa predicts: Genoa 0-1 Hellas Verona
🧀 Lecce vs Parma
The hosts have won two of their last three Serie A home matches (L1), with the previous seven fixtures here seeing both teams score. This run gives them a remote chance of survival but they must win and hope that Genoa doesn't collect three points against Hellas. Despite their recent revival at home, the ‘Gialorossi’ have only beaten two teams currently above them in the table (W2, D5, L9). Ten of Lecce’s 18 Serie A home clashes have produced over 3.5 goals.
🔮 Futaa predicts: Lecce 2-3 Parma
🌱 Sassuolo vs Udinese
Sassuolo thrashed Genoa 5-0 in midweek which followed a narrow and unfortunate defeat in Naples. Udinese has confirmed their Serie A place for next season so we're backing the in-form hosts to win here.
🔮 Futaa predicts: Sassuolo 2-1 Udinese
