Wolves have been named in the Top 20 Most Valuable Football Brands

Wolverhampton Wanderers have officially been ranked in the top 20 of the Most Valuable Football Brands in the Brand Finance Football 50 report.

The report that is compiled annually consists of all football club's brand across Europe and the globe and that has seen Wolves emerge as the 19th most powerful, marking an impressive rise of nine ranks from 28th in the 2019 report.

Wolves have grown to fifth in the past 12 months in terms of the value changes, together with an increase of €56 million, while the club’s brand value has increase 30 per cent to €242 million.

Wolves managed a seventh finish on the Premier League standings at the end of the 2019/20 season and have been lauded for their Europa League ambitions all while making their brand known in the UK as well as overseas.

As of 2020, the West Midlands outfit have been placed in the same league of valuable brands alongside AC Milan, AS Roma, Ajax and Valencia.
