Ugandan midfielder Emmanuel Olinga has signed a three-year contract extension with Maroon ahead of the new season, Kawowo Sports reported.
Olinga had previously plied Gor Mahia Academy before signing with Uganda Premier League side Onduparaka and now he hopes to help Maroons return to top-flight following their relegation to the Fufa Big League.
“I signed a three-year deal at Maroons Football Club. I want to achieve success at this great club and be part of history. The three-year timeline will be key for the development at the club," he said.
“Football is teamwork and hard work. With the two aspects combined together, Maroons will return to the Uganda Premier League.”
The FUFA Big League season is set to kickstart on October 29.
