Chelsea's proposed move for Rennes goalkeeper Edouard Mendy is "100% done", according to Fabrizio Romano.

The Blues are understood to have agreed personal terms with the shot-stopper earlier this weekend, with Mendy set to sign a five-year deal at Stamford Bridge.
Transfer expert Romano claims that Rennes have now accepted a formal offer from Chelsea too, paving the way for the 28-year-old to join the Premier League club.
Mendy is reportedly due to arrive in London in the coming hours to complete his medical, with official confirmation expected later.
Romano also claims that Chelsea will then switch their attention to signing West Ham United's Declan Rice, although they are unwilling to meet the Hammers' €80m asking price for the England international.
Edouard Mendy will be in London on next few hours - the deal is 100% done. Chelsea will consider a move for Declan Rice on following days but won’t pay €80m. West Ham insist they don’t want to sell Rice. Match on. Bakayoko is not in Lampard plans. 🔵 #CFC #Chelsea #WHUFC— Fabrizio Romano (@FabrizioRomano) September 11, 2020
Mendy's arrival is expected to set Chelsea back around £20m, taking their spending for the summer to more than £220m following the arrivals of Hakim Ziyech, Timo Werner, Ben Chilwell, Kai Havertz, Xavier Mbuyamba, Thiago Silva, and Malang Sarr.
