Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang signed a three-year contract with the north London side on Tuesday.
Aubameyang signed a three-year deal that saw his wage salary raised to £250,000-per-week according to the Times. The former Borussia Dortmund will earn £55m over the next three years and the bonuses, the salary is likely to increase to £350,000.
The 31-year-old is now one of the best-paid players in England behind Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea and teammate Mesut Ozil, who earns £350,000 per week.
"I signed the thing because I want to become an Arsenal legend," Aubameyang said after extending his contract.
