Arsenal fans will be thrilled that their skipper's foreseeable future at the club has been resolved and excited to see him continue his goal-scoring ways in North London.
The 31-year-old Gabonese superstar really hit his straps after lockdown, starring in the Gunners' FA Cup wins over Man City in the semifinal and Chelsea in the final. Aubameyang scored a brace in each of those fixtures to deliver the club's 14th FA Cup triumph.
Aubameyang also scored in the Community Shield and then in Arsenal's Premier League season opener, curling home Arsenal's third in their 3-0 win at Craven Cottage.
Only Mohamed Salah has scored more Premier League goals (57) than Aubameyang's 55 since the Arsenal man arrived from Borussia Dortmund in January 2018. In all competitions, Aubameyang has found the net 72 times in 111 appearances for the Gunners.
