Chelse have been handed a defensive boost ahead of their Premier League clash against Liverpool on Sunday following the return to training of Thiago Silva and Ben Chilwell.
The duo missed the Blues's opening match of the season away to Brighton, which they won 3-1, but are now in line to make an appearance against the Champions on Sunday.
Silva arrived at the clubs' London base last week, having been given extra days' rest following his participation in the Champions League final with PSG.
Chilwell, on the other hand, arrived at the club from Leicester with an injury and has not featured since the start of July in a Premier League game against Crystal Palace.
The two were however spotted for the first time in training with the rest of the squad on Wednesday, giving Lampard a major boost ahead of the anticipated clash.
