🏦 Wolves: Analyzing a busy 2020 summer transfer window

Busy busy busy, that's certainly how things are progressing at Molineux in the 2020 summer transfer window.

With a net saving of 0.5m, Nuno Espírito Santo is doing some fantastic business as Wolves look to build on their 7th-place finish from 2019-20.

💸 Ins: £79.5m

  • 🇵🇹 Fábio Silva: £35m
  • 🇵🇹 Nelson Semedo: £29m
  • 🇳🇱 Ki-Jana Hoever: £13.5
  • 🇧🇷 Marçal: £2m
  • 🇵🇹 Vitinha: Loan

✈️ Outs: £80m

  • 🇵🇹 Diogo Jota: £45m
  • 🇵🇹 Hélder Costa: £20m
  • 🇮🇪 Matt Doherty: £15m
  • 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Morgan Gibbs-White: Loan
  • 🇵🇹 Bruno Jordão: Loan

Of course, the fanfare and excitement around the new arrivals must be tempered somewhat by the exits of key established stars Jota and Doherty. However, the signing of Nelson Semedo from Barcelona fills the gap left by Irishman Doherty and it's hard not to be excited by 18-year-old record signing Fabio Silva. 18-year-old Ki-Jana Hoever arrives from Liverpool with a big reputation, while x-Lyon man Marcal adds experience and versatility to Nuno's defensive options.

Nuno's next assignment is away to West Ham in the Premier League.
