Manchester United trio of Ethan Laird, Di’Shon Bernard and Max Taylor is open to leaving the club this summer.
MEN reports that the players want to leave on loan deals in order to get more game time with the club keen to send a host of their players to gain the much-needed experience elsewhere.
United have already sent James Garner, Dylan Levitt, and Matej Kovar on a loan deal to Watford, Charlton, and Swindon respectively with Tahith Chong and Aliou Traore signing loan deals with German side Werder Bremen and French side SM Caen respectively.
The news comes on a day that Laird was spotted arriving at the club’s training ground on Tuesday morning with the report indicating that he might be given a chance in the first team should Diogo Dalot leave; the Portuguese being linked with a move to AC Milan.
United have Aaron Wan-Bissaka as the first choice at right-back and Timothy Fosu-Mensah as his back up but with both having played in the club’s first games of the season, it is a position that is still up for grabs with Brandon Williams also capable of slotting in the position.
Di’Shon Bernard is another defensive option, who has already experienced first-team football under the management of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. His only appearance for the senior team was in the UEFA Europa League draw against Astana last season.
Max Taylor was also a member of the visiting squad that suffered a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Astana but ended the night as an unused substitute.
