⚫️🟑 Pirates dump Chiefs out of MTN8 to reach the final with 5-0 aggregate win

Orlando Pirates have made the 2020 MTN8 final after beating Kaizer Chiefs 2-0 on Sunday in the MTN8 semi-finals second leg.

Pirates came into the game with a 3-0 lead from the first leg in Orlando last weekend. Instead of Chiefs throwing everything at Bucs to chase a possible 4-0 comeback, Josef Zinnbauer's team managed the game pretty well before delivering two fatal punches.

Fortune Makaringe broke the deadlock on 59 minutes with a tap in after Daniel Akpeyi spilled Deon Hotto's powerful low shot. The second goal of the afternoon and fifth on aggregate was hit home by substitute Linda Mntambo on 80 after Chiefs' defense was caught wide open on the counter.

Pirates will face Bloem Celtic in the 2020 MTN8 Final on 12 December, with the venue set to be announced in due course.
