Manchester City winger Riyad Mahrez was at his devastating best as Algeria booked a place in next year's Africa Cup of Nations tournament.
The winger was in the starting team as Algeria played away to Zimbabwe looking for a fourth successive win in the qualifiers.
With his side leading 1-0, Mahrez produced a deft first-touch following a long ball from deep in midfield and raced goal-wards before cutting inside a defender and finishing beautifully for a 2-0 lead.
The hosts though scored two late goals to force a draw, which was, nevertheless enough to send the Desert Foxes through to the finals with two matches to spare.
