Leicester City have been handed a major injury boost ahead of weekend's clash against defending champions, Liverpool.
Brendan Rodgers has confirmed Ricardo Pereira has resumed full training but the Liverpool game could come too early for the fullback. Timothy Castagne and Wesley Fofana are also back and could be available for selection this weekend. Wilfried Ndidi is also out on the field but will need a number of weeks in order to regain full match fitness.
"Ricardo’s [Pereira] in training with the group and he’ll most probably play in a reserve game next week," Rodgers said during a press conference.
"Wilf [Ndidi] is out on the field but still has a number of weeks to go. [Caglar] Soyuncu likewise. [Timothy] Castagne is back in again which is great news, and Wesley Fofana is fine," he added.
The Foxes are at the top of the table with 18 points having already beaten Manchester City and Arsenal on their way to the summit.
