Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has given an update on new signings Facundo Pellistri and Amad Diallo.
The two youngsters were signed during the summer but are yet to feature for the club, with Diallo expected to join the team in January.
Pellistri, on the other hand, has been training with United and has featured for the academy as he settles in England.
Speaking ahead of the weekend match against West Ham, Solskjaer said he was optimistic that the teenagers will grow into key players for the club.
“Facundo has come in, trained with the first-team, and done well,“ said Solskjaer.
”We felt now is the time for him to get game-time and he’s played a couple of games in the Reserves. He’s gradually settling in nicely and getting more and more used to us.
“Amad, he’s come on a few times for Atalanta lately,” explained Solskjaer. “He’s a very, very exciting young boy and talent. Hopefully, we get the work permit and he’ll be with us in January.”
United will take on West Ham in the Premier League on Saturday, hoping to continue with their perfect form on the road.
