There is action in the French Ligue 1 today, and here is where to place your bets!
🏟 Lyon vs Lens
After nine wins and two draws from their last 11 Ligue 1 games, table toppers Lyon should get the better of Lens at Groupama Stadium this Wednesday evening, but the visitors can get themselves on the scoresheet after netting in all but two of their 16 league fixtures this season. Rudi Garcia’s side lead the way after losing just one of their first 17 games (W10, D6) and their results were near flawless leading up to the Christmas break, although they have conceded at least one goal in seven of their last 11 despite those games yielding a mammoth 29 points. With seventh-placed Lens netting so prolifically this term, it opens the door for a Lyon win and both teams to score wager this Wednesday night, which appeals far more than simply backing the hosts.

🏟 St. Ettiene vs PSG
Saint-Étienne is fast becoming Ligue 1’s draw specialists, with five stalemates across their last six matches (W1 and would be likely happy for another here considering the five-game competitive losing streak they possess against PSG. The hosts have scored 2+ goals in their last three matches though. Five of Saint-Étienne’s last six Ligue games featured 5+ yellow cards so it should be a feisty Monda night affair.
🧠 TIP: PSG to win at FT

🏟 Reims vs Dijon
Dijon have begun to dig themselves out of trouble after going their act together on the road. The visitors have also picked up their scoring form, with each of those four seeing both teams score. Dijon have scored eight goals in their last four away games in Ligue 1, as many as in their previous 21. That should give them a boost going into this one, although the hosts have also seen both teams score in their last four Ligue 1 games. With three of the last four clashes between these two seeing both teams score, we’re backing BTTS in our predictions.
🧠 TIP: Over 1.5 match goals

🏟 Marseille vs Montpellier
Marseille closed out 2020 in hugely uninspiring form, winning just one of their final five matches of the year, and their 2-1 reverse at Angers on December 23 provided their most recent and disappointing setback. With their confidence low, OM could find gathering three points against away day specialists at the Orange Vélodrome at tough task on Wednesday, and we think La Paillade are worth backing in the double chance market as a result. Montpellier were beaten just once in eight Ligue 1 away assignments so far this season, and having won four and drawn one of their last five games on their travels before the turn of the year, Michel Der Zakarian’s side should prove tough to topple again.
🧠 TIP: Over 1.5 match goals
