Arsenal have completed the signing of Omar Rekik from Bundesliga side Hertha Berlin.
Rekik has signed a professional contract with Arsenal and has joined the club under 23s squad. The 19-year-old has been training with the Gunners ahead of his proposed move to the Emirates with the club coughing £900,000 to secure the services of the Tunisian.
"Omar Rekik has signed a professional contract with us and joins our under-23s squad," a statement from the club read.
"Everyone at Arsenal welcomes Omar to the club and we look forward to supporting his ongoing development."
The Tunisian has played internationally at the youth level for his country and the Netherlands. He has also featured for Feyenoord, Manchester City, PSV Eindhoven, and Marseille in his youth career.
