To put Haaland's early Dortmund days into context, no other player has ever reached 25 goals in one of Europe's top five leagues quicker.
Zlatan hit 25 Ligue 1 goals in his first 25 appearances back in the 2012-13 season. One of the more surprising names on the list is that of Kevin Phillips, who won the 1999-00 Premier League Golden Boot when he struck 30 times for unfashionable Sunderland.
It's no surprise to see Cristiano's name in the list though. The Portugal icon hit the ground running for Real Madrid in 2009-10 and he just kept on getting better. Diego Milito enjoyed an astonishing season for Inter, also in 2009-10, when Jose Mourinho led the Nerazzurri to a historic treble. Milito's goals came in handy that year and plenty of them came right at the start of the campaign.
