No team in the Premier League has received more red cards than Arsenal since Mikel Arteta took over as their manager.
The Gunners went down 2-1 to Wolves on Tuesday night with two of their players in Bernd Leno and David Luiz being sent off in the match.
The two sending off pushed their red card tally to nine under the Spaniard; the tally being six more than any other team in the English top division.
Norwich, Fulham, Everton, Brighton, West Brom, Leicester, Manchester City, Crystal Palace, and Sheffield United have all been shown three red cards since Arteta was appointed on 20 December 2019.
Granit Xhaka, Nicolas Pepe, and Gabriel have all been given their marching orders so far this season for the Gunners, with Luiz and Leno adding their names to that list.
Luiz seems to have been the serial offender in this act with the defender receiving more red cards and conceding more penalties than any other player since arriving at the club in August 2019; his latest red card being his third in his Arsenal career and it was the sixth penalty he has given away.
