Liverpool will miss the services of Fabinho for Saturday’s lunchtime clash with Leicester City, Jürgen Klopp has confirmed.
The midfielder is still recovering from a muscle issue and will miss the clash against Brendan Rodgers' men.
“Fab will not be available. He suffered again a little muscle issue, so will be out for this game.” Klopp said during his pre-match press conference on Friday.
The Reds have a tight schedule in the coming weeks, with a Champions League match in midweek set to take them to Budapest to play against RB Leipzig.
They then play Everton in a Merseyside derby at Anfield next weekend, and it's not clear whether or not the Brazilian will be ready for the two clashes.
“I don’t know in the moment, we will see. I really don’t know.” Klopp replied when quizzed on Fabinho's chances of making the team.
