Celtic trying to lure West Ham boss Moyes over managerial vacancy

Scottish giants Celtic are reportedly eying West Ham boss David Moyes over the vacant managerial post.

The Bhoys had parted ways with manager Neil Lennon after a poor season that saw Rangers crowned the Scottish champions and according to Give Me Sport, the team is looking for a manager who could bring them back on track.

Moyes is out of contract at the end of this season but has done fantastic work with the Hammers who are currently chasing a Champions League spot.

Celtic feel that they can match the salary being given to the manager at West Ham but know that should the London side make it to Europe, they will stand little chance in persuading the tactician to move up north.

According to the reports, apart from Moyes, the club has been linked with Stoke City boss Michael O'Neill.
