World football governing body FIFA has chosen nine cities from Australia and New Zealand to host the 2023 Women’s World Cup
The announcement done on Wednesday will see 10 stadiums across nine cities with Sydney, Australia hosting matches at both Stadium Australia and Sydney Football Stadium.
Australia and New Zealand will each host one semi-final while the opening match will take place at Eden Park in Auckland and Sydney’s Stadium Australia will host the final; the full match schedule set to announced later this year.
