Manchester City need three more wins to wrap up the 2020/21 Premier League title.
City neighbors Manchester United are the closest challengers and are on the cause of securing the second position. All eyes will be on the race to the top four as well as teams that will be relegated to the Championship.
Arsenal legend Paul Merson has given his verdict on how teams will finish in the race for the top four. Merson says Liverpool will finish ahead of Chelsea to a place in the Champions League spot.
Paul Merson believes Liverpool will pip Chelsea and West Ham to a place in the Premier League top four this season.
"Liverpool are looking like a threat again and I think they might just sneak into the top four now," said Merson.
"They have a nice run of fixtures and the clubs above them are struggling. I think Liverpool are back in it."
Chelsea will be up against West Ham today and Merson says the Hammers will not beat the Blues.
"I did the West Ham against Newcastle game for Sky and it couldn’t have been any more disastrous for the Hammers. An own goal, a sending off, a goalkeeping calamity - everything went wrong."
"Now, I don’t see them beating Chelsea this weekend. But I don’t see Chelsea blowing them away either."
