Real Madrid forward Eden Hazard has warned his former side Chelsea FC ahead of their second leg reunion at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea held the European giants to a 1-1 draw on Tuesday night in Madrid in the first leg of their semi-final clash with the result leaving the tie in the balance but ahead of the return leg at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night next week, Hazard aid they’ll be in England for nothing less than a victory.
“We have to go there to try to win the game. It’s always good to play against friends – I have a couple over there – but now I’m a Real Madrid player, I just want to win. It doesn’t matter if it’s against Chelsea or another team,” Hazard told BT Sports.
The 30-year-old Hazard who has been struggling with injuries since making the move to Madrid came off the bench to play the final 24 minutes of the clash on Tuesday night.
