Real Madrid star, Eden Hazard, has apologized for having a light moment on the pitch after Real Madrid crashed out of the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday.
Following the referees final whistle to end Real’s champions league dream, there was distraught on the visiting side's players, but Hazard was spotted enjoying a good joke with his former teammate Kurt Zouma.
"I am sorry. I have read a lot of opinions about me today and it wasn't my intention to offend Real Madrid fans," Hazard on Instagram.
"It has always been my dream to play for Real Madrid and I came here to win.
"The season is not over and together we must now battle for La Liga. Hala Madrid!"
Meanwhile, Los Blancos still have a La Liga title to fight for, as Sevilla visit the capital city on Sunday night. Zinedine Zidane's side are just two points behind Atletico Madrid, with four games remaining.
