Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp, believes the most sought-after players are caught in the worst market situation.
While the likes of Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe are tipped to end up at super clubs like Real Madrid and Barcelona, Liverpool’s manager feels that the Covid-19 won’t make any transfers easier.
“The market will be really strange. I hear a lot about big-money moves, is Mbappe going or not, Haaland, Sancho, these kind of things,” Klopp said via Goal.
“I don’t see that happening a lot this summer because the football world is still not in the same place it was before,” he concluded.
The 2019/20 English Premier League champions will next take on Burnley on Tuesday away.
