News out of Spain, via Liverpool, reports that Zambia and RB Salzburg star striker Patson Daka will be a new Reds footballer before the new season.
The 22-year-old center forward was a subject of Liverpool's scouting team well before he scored two goals against Liverpool in a pre-season friendly before the recently concluded season.
Following another stellar season with Salzburg where Daka delivered 34 goals and 12 assists in 42 games, Liverpool duly want to complete a deal.
"According to reports in Spain, Daka will soon become Liverpool’s second signing of the summer," the LiverpoolEcho reported.
"The Reds have already agreed a deal to sign Ibrahima Konate from RB Leipzig, and now fresh reports say Daka could join the defender.
"As claimed by Todofichajes , who say that Daka could become a Liverpool player “in the coming days,'" the outlet added.
