Borussia Dortmund will take nothing less than £77m for English winger Jadon Sancho.
The player is once again being linked with a move to Manchester United with reports rife that the club and the player’s agent have begun negotiations but according to the Metro, the English giants will now have to pay just £77m to land the player this summer.
The price will be a huge reduction for United who were told to fork out £103m for the player last summer something they didn’t do with the player said to be keen on returning to England.
United wants to close the deal as quickly as possible so that they can concentrate on strengthening other areas with the center back and another central midfielder said to be their top priorities.
The reports claim that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants Sancho to be at United immediately after Euros so that he can join his new teammates in the preseason.
The news comes a day after the club owner Joel Glazer promised to back to the Norwegian in the transfer market as they strategize on which players to bring in and those who are to leave.
Apart from the already released players that include keeper Sergio Romero, it has been reported that United might part ways with midfielder Andreas Perreira who should join Lazio on a permanent deal.
