English Premier League side Arsenal is keeping tabs on Real Sociedad and Swedish striker Alexander Isak.
The 21-year-old scored 17 goals from 44 appearances across all competitions for Sociedad last season and The Atheltic reports that Arsenal might make a move for the player this summer.
Isak has been one of the best young strikers in Europe in the last two seasons and apart from Arsenal, it is believed that there are a series of clubs who have been monitoring the player.
According to the reports, Gunners technical director Edu remains a huge admirer of the Sweden international, and he is among the top striker targets on the club’s shortlist.
But Isak would only be moving to The Emirates if the club can sell one of Alexandre Lacazette or Eddie Nketiah with the player having a €70 million buy-out clause in his contract.
In his two seasons at Sociedad, the player has registered 33 goals and five assists in all competitions and any sale could be decided by Borusssia Dortmund who included a €30m buy-back clause when they sold him in 2019.
