Premier League champions Manchester City have no plans to sell Ilkay Gundogan this summer.
Gundogan's contract with City is set to expire in two years and as reported by Sky Sports, no discussions were planned with the German this summer. Barcelona are one club that have been linked with a possible summer move.
The midfielder is currently with the Germany squad preparing for the European Championships after an excellent season at City where he finished as the club’s top scorer in the Premier League.
Gundogan is not the only City player to be interesting European rivals as Guardiola and his bosses look to keep the squad fresh for next season; Raheem Sterling, Riyad Mahrez, Aymeric Laporte, and Bernardo Silva are among the high-profile names to have been linked with a move.
