Borussia Dortmund forward Jadon Sancho is confident of sealing a move to Manchester United this summer.
Sancho was meant to move to Old Trafford last summer but a deal didn't materialize after both clubs refused to agree on a fee something that is said to have affected the player mentally as he struggled at the start of the just-concluded season.
United is said to have had a bid of £67m rejected by the Bundesliga side, whose demands are believed to be around £77m up-front with potential add-ons; this being a huge reduction of the £108m requested by Dortmund last summer.
MEN now reports that England international who is currently with the Three Lions squad at Euro 2020 is confident of completing a move to Old Trafford after there was a breakthrough in personal terms.
United’s initial contract offer last summer was understood to be lower than the £190,000-a-week Sancho earns in Germany, whilst there were complications over the demands of an intermediary fee from Marco Lichtsteiner, who acted on behalf of Dortmund.
