Manchester City are willing to spend more than £90m to acquire the services of Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish.
There have been reports that Grealish might leave Villa in the summer with Man United being the other team said to be interested in the player but according to The Telegraph via The Mirror, City has a good chance of signing the England international.
The 25-year-old had another superb season for his boyhood club, scoring six goals and creating ten assists in the league despite being ruled out with injury for three months towards the end of the campaign.
His form saw him included in the Gareth Southgate team for the Euros 2020 where he came on as a substitute in the Three Lions' 0-0 draw with Scotland on Friday for his first appearance of the tournament.
Grealish signed a new five-year contract with Villa just last year, with the deal running until 2025 and anybody who will be willing to get him out of the club would have to fork out some big money.
United are said to be interested in the player only if they lose Paul Pogba in the summer; the Frenchman having been linked with a move to Juventus and PSG.
